Positioned on a spacious 5-acre site, the project promises a cutting-edge banking experience and lays the groundwork for future expansion with plans for four additional buildings, signaling a significant investment in Central Texas commercial construction development.
Ascension Forest Creek Medical Center
Round Rock, TX
At the Ascension Forest Creek location in Round Rock, TX, an interior renovation project is underway, merging two suites into one expansive 6,972 SF suite designed to enhance our healthcare services’ reach and efficacy. This consolidated space aims to foster a more comprehensive and accessible healthcare experience, housing 13 state-of-the-art exam rooms for Dr. Joel Goode MD, a specialist in Family Medicine. The strategic expansion is intricately designed to provide a welcoming and comfortable patient environment, ensuring efficient and thorough visits.
Horseshoe Bay Golf Course
Horseshoe Bay, TX
The Horseshoe Bay Golf Academy is embarking on an exciting expansion with the construction of a new 2,200 SF teaching facility meticulously designed from the ground up to blend aesthetics and functionality. This state-of-the-art building will feature a robust structure composed of steel, stone, and wood, signifying durability and elegance. Inside, the facility will boast two advanced swing analyzing bays, providing golfers with the technology to precisely refine their techniques. Additionally, eight exterior hitting bays will offer enthusiasts the perfect setup to perfect their swings while enjoying the scenic views of the newly constructed driving range. This enhancement is set to elevate the golfing experience at Horseshoe Bay, merging cutting-edge technology with the timeless beauty of the sport.

Significant updates are underway in Horseshoe Bay, TX, on the prestigious Slick Rock Golf Course, featuring a complete demolition and rebuild of three essential structures. The project encompasses constructing two buildings dedicated to restrooms and concessions, providing refreshments and comfort for visitors, and one start cabana strategically located on the golf course itself. This initiative is designed to enhance the overall experience for golfers and guests, offering convenient amenities and services where they are most needed. With meticulous attention to detail and a focus on integrating seamlessly with the golf course’s natural beauty and design, these new facilities are set to elevate the prestige and functionality of the Slick Rock Golf Course.
