City View Suite 310
City View Center, Austin, TX
S. Watts Group transformed 6,700 square feet at City View Center into new speculative office suites. The project includes a full demolition and rebuild, with the addition of enclosed offices, open collaborative work areas, and a sleek new breakroom. This modern suite will provide flexibility and functionality for future tenants.
This project also highlights a long-standing relationship with the Construction Manager, Stream Realty, as well as the success of multiple projects within the CityView office buildings.

St. David’s North Austin Medical Center
Austin, TX
S. Watts Group recently completed a specialized renovation project at St. David’s North Austin Medical Center, including the removal of a CT machine. Our team also handled the demolition of the existing flooring and a former equipment closet to make way for the new installation. The space was then fully remodeled and upgraded to meet the requirements of the new CT machine, enhancing both functionality and patient care. Projects like this demonstrate the critical role construction plays in healthcare environments where precision, efficiency, and adaptability are essential.
