PROJECT DETAILS:

The existing dental office expanded into an adjacent 2,024 sf suite to accommodate their practices growth. The existing office was able to stay in operation during construction and tie-in with MEP services. The expansion provided 3 new hygiene/operatory rooms, a new lab, storage/laundry, and large breakroom that can accommodate their whole team.
