San Antonio Projects In Progress
Site Pro Rentals in San Antonio includes a full interior remodel and adding some exterior furnishings to the 16,040 SF property. Demolition of the original interior of Site Pro Rentals is underway! Our team is clearing out the original furnishings, walls and installations. Next steps include framing the new building façade with structural steel, and the new interior layout.
UPS has recently embarked on an exciting new construction project in Schertz, TX. This impressive 150,000 SF first-generation build-out will serve as a modern and efficient shipping and package sorting facility. What sets this project apart is the specialty assets that are included, such as the sorting machinery and vehicle wash bays, and multiple dock bays for easy loading and unloading.
