Austin, TX
The S. Watts Group team is partnering once again with Littler Mendelson to expand their current location at 100 Congress in Austin. S. Watts Group completed the initial build of the space in 2020. This new project involves a 2,665 SF expansion, including the demolition of the existing entry lobby and expansion area to create a new lobby entry, conference rooms, and additional office space. We’re excited to continue our collaboration with Littler Mendelson, delivering quality tenant interior work.
Waterloo Capital
Austin, TX
Our team is working with Waterloo Capital at 2801 Via Fortuna on an 8,387 SF tenant interior renovation. The project involves demolishing the existing office space to create a new conference room, breakroom, and open office areas, along with updated lighting, finishes, and millwork. We’re excited to deliver a modern, functional space for Waterloo Capital’s growing needs.

Gardien
Check out our latest project! S. Watts Group recently completed a first-generation tenant build-out for Gardien at 14510 Fitzhugh Road in Austin. The 1,769 SF project included the construction of a new second-floor mezzanine and a specialized refrigeration enclosure for private wine collection storage. The remaining space supports the facility’s sales operations, delivering a functional and custom-designed environment.
