The Archive
Austin, TX
Work continues on The Archive, a 3,359-square-foot space at 617 Congress Avenue in downtown Austin! The project is transforming the existing space into a new bar and speakeasy, with work taking place within a historic building and incorporating specialty details throughout.
Inside, millwork installation is currently underway, painting is ongoing, and crews continue to make progress on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins. With several trades working throughout the space, we’re looking forward to seeing more of the finishes take shape as construction progresses.
Ascension Providence - Woodway
Waco, TX
S. Watts Group is transforming a 6,843-square-foot shell space at Ascension Providence – Woodway into a new children’s clinic. The build-out will create a dedicated healthcare environment designed to support pediatric care and expand the facility’s capabilities.
The project is now entering its final stages. MEP final inspections are expected in the coming weeks, while crews complete final paint and prepare for millwork and flooring installation. We’re excited to see the space come together as the team works toward project closeout!
