Our team is currently remodeling 8,000 square feet of interior office space for Black & Veatch, creating a more collaborative and efficient work environment. The project includes an open office area, private offices, and conference rooms, along with new millwork installations. The team is also infilling an exterior door to match the existing window system for a cohesive exterior finish.
JMT Engineering

A 3,700-square-foot tenant interior remodel is underway for JMT Engineering. The scope includes demolition of select walls and finishes, followed by the construction of new offices, conference rooms, and updated interior finishes designed to enhance the overall functionality and aesthetics of the space.

Horseshoe Bay Golf Resort – Live Oak Pavilion
Construction is well underway on the new Live Oak Pavilion at the heart of the award-winning Horseshoe Bay Resort. In recent months, S. Watts Group has completed key milestones, including draining the retention pond, grading the site, installing underground utilities, and pouring concrete for the retaining wall.
