March 2025 Construction Update:

Construction at the Live Oak Pavilion is progressing steadily. In March, crews drained the retention pond and reinforced the grounds in preparation for the next phases. Concrete was poured for the retaining wall, and the area was graded for the foundation. Underground utilities have been installed, and preparations are underway to pour additional concrete for the retention pond base. Looking ahead, the team will finalize utility trenches, pour the building foundations, begin framing, and complete grading for the parking lots.
