Located near Mustang Ridge, off US Highway 183, S. Watts group completes a new ground-up building for J&S Leasing. The new office space is one of many in-progress projects our team is working on along the Innovation Corridor, the growing area along Interstate 35 and SH130.
J&S Leasing sits on 7 acres of property that includes two buildings, a 7,500 SF PEMB workshop with offices and restrooms, and a 9,700 SF main office space. This main building features several unique design aspects, including skylights, a dropped ceiling, lofty ceilings, tilt walls, and more. One of the most unique design aspects is the continuation of the exterior concrete wall into the main entrance of the building. The textured concrete wraps around the entrance and can be seen through the glass door entry. Multiple skylights located in hallways and specific office spaces provide additional natural lighting.
J&S Leasing’s new space includes a kitchen area, breakroom, multiple conference rooms, collaborative spaces, modern offices, outdoor recreational space, and a large parking lot surrounding the building.
