Lauren Magill has built a career focused on strengthening financial operations, improving reporting accuracy, and supporting organizational growth. Her background spans leadership roles where she has consistently implemented structure, enhanced visibility, and guided teams through evolving needs.
She takes a collaborative, hands-on approach, working closely with teams across the organization to evaluate opportunities, solve challenges early, and set clear expectations. Regarded by colleagues as a trusted financial partner with strong attention to detail, Lauren maintains a consistent focus on both day-to-day performance and long-term outcomes.
Outside of work, Lauren has spent more than 20 years in Austin after growing up in the Dallas area. She is a mother of two daughters who are actively involved in volleyball and softball, and much of her time outside the office is spent supporting their activities. When time allows, she enjoys staying active through mountain biking and traveling.
Lauren earned her degree in Accounting from East Texas A&M University.
