Ten years ago, S. Watts Group started with a name, a plan, and a simple principle: Our word is our bond. That same principle still guides every handshake, job walk, and schedule push.
Any contractor can build a 30,000-square-foot facility. What sets us apart is how we approach the build. We find solutions that meet the timeline, respect the budget, and deliver exactly what our client needs. That’s where we thrive.
We’ve always believed the building is the easy part. The hard part (the meaningful part) is communication. It’s walking the messy, human road from concept to completion. Keeping the relationship strong the whole way.
Once a foundation of trust is laid, the work gets smoother. In our experience, you can never have too much communication. Too much isn’t enough.
