Horseshoe Bay, TX
The Live Oak Pavilion at the award-winning Horseshoe Bay Resort is now complete. This 15,000-square-foot event venue was thoughtfully designed to host weddings, banquets, corporate events, and celebrations while blending seamlessly into the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country.
The pavilion features high-end interior finishes, including floating wood ceilings, local stone accents, and custom lighting elements that create a warm, elevated atmosphere. Movable glass walls allow the venue to transition effortlessly between indoor and outdoor spaces, connecting guests to an arbor patio overlooking a tranquil water feature. With capacity for up to 700 guests, adaptable event layouts, integrated AV systems, and a dedicated bridal suite, the Live Oak Pavilion offers a flexible and sophisticated setting for gatherings of all sizes. Energy-efficient systems and locally sourced materials further reflect the project’s commitment to thoughtful design and sustainability.

Construction is in progress on a new 19,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building for Ace Hardware in San Antonio. This ground-up, structural steel project is designed to provide a durable and functional retail space that will serve the growing local community.
From foundation to upcoming final finishes, the S. Watts Group team is working closely with project partners to deliver a structure that balances efficiency, strength, and long-term performance. Once complete, the building will be ready to support Ace Hardware’s operations and provide a convenient retail destination for customers in the area.
