The Archive
Austin, TX
Work is underway at The Archive, an upcoming bar and speakeasy located in a historic downtown Austin building. The project is currently progressing through the demolition phase as the existing space is being prepared for a full renovation and transformation.
The scope of work includes all new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with high-end specialty millwork designed to complement the character of the historic structure while creating an elevated guest experience. We’re excited to help bring new life to this unique downtown space.
Austin Institute of Dental Medicine (AIDM)
Austin, TX
Construction is progressing at the Austin Institute of Dental Medicine, where S. Watts Group is completing a first-generation buildout for an 8,481-square-foot dental office. The project is currently approximately two-thirds complete and continues to move steadily toward the finish line!
The space will feature more than 40 dental chair bays along with high-end interior finishes designed to create a modern, functional, and welcoming healthcare environment.

SAM, LLC.
Austin, TX
Construction is complete on the renovation and demising of a multi-suite office space spanning two levels of the building for SAM, LLC. The project included refreshed flooring, updated paint, and new millwork throughout the space to create a more modern and functional office environment.
Germer
Austin, TX
S. Watts Group has completed a full-floor office remodel for Germer in Austin, Texas. The project included the addition of new private offices, upgraded finishes throughout the space, and a refreshed layout designed to better support the team’s evolving needs.
This marks another successful collaboration with Germer, following a previous office remodel completed by S. Watts Group in 2020. We’re proud to continue building on this longstanding relationship through thoughtful construction solutions and quality craftsmanship.
Ascension Providence - Helipad Ramp
Waco, TX
Construction is complete on a new helipad ramp installation at Ascension Providence in Waco, Texas. The project involved adding a dedicated ramp connection from the hospital parking garage to the rooftop helipad, improving accessibility and supporting safer, more efficient patient transport.
Healthcare projects require careful coordination and attention to detail, especially in active medical environments. The S. Watts Group team worked closely with hospital staff and project partners to complete the installation while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
St. David's NAMC CT Renovation
Austin, TX
S. Watts Group recently completed a specialized renovation project at St. David’s North Austin Medical Center to support the removal and replacement of a CT machine. The scope of work included demolition of the existing flooring and an outdated storage closet, along with new millwork and interior upgrades to prepare the space for the new equipment installation.
The renovated space was thoughtfully remodeled to improve functionality and support the hospital’s ongoing commitment to patient care.
Ace Hardware
San Antonio, TX
Construction is finishing up on a new 19,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building for Ace Hardware in San Antonio. This ground-up, structural steel project was designed to provide a durable and functional retail space that will serve the growing local community.
