The S. Watts Team is working on Phase 3 of remodeling the warehouse/office space for Berry Aviation in San Marcos, TX. We completed Phase 2, which included retrofitting the warehouse with upgraded electrical and infrastructure for several tools, such as air pumps. Our team also remodeled the office spaces in the building, repainted the outdoor window frames, and added a covered outdoor area.
In addition, S. Watts Group oversees the regrading and paving of the parking lot of the neighboring building to prevent flooding during heavy rainfall.
Previous Project Updates
Berry Aviation is a private aviation company headquartered at the San Marcos Regional Airport. S. Watts Group kicked-off work with the group in 2022 after the office space experienced unfortunate flooding. It caused severe damage to a majority of the building’s drywall and made all of the flooring unusable. Understanding the client’s need to get back to work, S. Watts Group set a quick pace to turn around the space for the client. Our team got on-site within three days of contact with Berry Aviation. Within three weeks, our teams were able to take this once-flooded space and give it a new look it deserved, allowing Berry Aviation to continue to function properly. Since then, the project has expanded.
Our team is working on remodeling the entire building to include a workspace for aircraft maintenance and updated office spaces for the team.
