Infosys
A 70,000 SF new construction project for a global IT Services/Consulting company expanding in the US market. The project involved creating high-end office, training, collaboration, and conference areas with new MEP systems on an aggressive timeline.
The Preserve at 620
A 220,000 square foot former Walmart renovated into Class A office space, including an exterior courtyard, outdoor pocket park, basketball courts, and community gym.

SIS
Interior and Exterior remodel of a 15,300 SF two-story office building. The project was phased so the tenant could still occupy during construction. Included high-end millwork pieces, all new finishes, steel and concrete planters, exterior metal awnings, and exterior repainting.
Sitepro Rentals
Interior remodel of an existing 16,040 SF facility. Structure includes a new building façade with structural steel, new corporate interior offices, new fire line and sprinklers, new domestic waterline, and updated finishes.
ATX Energy Partners
Second-generation build-out for 23,000 SF corporate offices. Custom millwork and an onyx slab from South America and specialty roll-up security gates built into the ceilings were included.
Goodfolks
Renovation of 5,500 SF restaurant space to an open-concept design with custom furnishings. The scope of work included reinforcing mezzanine-level wood framing, new HVAC, and a new fire sprinkler system. Exterior updates consisted of refinishing the brick, completely re-painting, and installing new windows.
