The Goodwill North Outlet Center was awarded the Industrial Transaction Winner at the Austin Business Journal‘s 2019 Commercial Real Estate Awards last week! As a result of this transaction, Goodwill Industries of Central Texas was able to expand their outlet stores by 12,000 SF. The project featured This move allowed Goodwill of Central Texas to expand both their warehouse and their outlet storefront, allowing them to raise more revenue to benefit the programs and services provided by Goodwill of Central Texas. S. Watts Group was the commercial general contractor on the project and completed the project in November 2018.
