This project marks another milestone in our longstanding relationship with Texas Regional Bank as we continue to deliver exceptional results tailored to their unique requirements.
Bulverde Texas Regional Bank Site Plans
Situated on a sprawling 5-acre site, the new Bulverde Crossing will feature the newest Texas Regional Bank facility and will encompass two buildings. Building A, which spans 3,500 square feet, and Building B, which is a 2-story 40,000 SF building. Designed by the esteemed firm Origoworks, based out of Brownsville, TX, the architecture reflects functionality and aesthetic appeal, aligning perfectly with the vision for the Bulverde Crossing development.
Alongside constructing the main structures, our projects involve crucial excavation to optimize the site’s layout and functionality. Additionally, we’re responsible for designing a parking lot to seamlessly accommodate patrons and staff, as well as creating designated green areas to enhance the surrounding landscape.
Lakeway Texas Regional Bank
Our team previously constructed the 8,500 SF Lakeway Texas Regional Bank location. Our familiarity with Texas Regional Bank’s specific building processes garnered through past collaborations ensures seamless coordination and adherence to their exacting standards. Moreover, our competitive pricing model played a pivotal role in securing this project, demonstrating our commitment to delivering value without compromise.
