Staccato Ranch
Florence, TX
Staccato Ranch, home to Staccato HQ where its 2011 pistols and ammunition are made, features firearms classes and different courses for shooting skills at all levels at the Florence, TX location. S. Watts Group is working on two restroom remodel projects at Staccato Ranch:
Main Office Restrooms: This tenant interior remodel project starts in June 2024. Covering 500 SF, it includes the installation of new millwork and sinks in two restrooms, enhancing the main office’s functionality and aesthetics.
Ranch Restrooms: This tenant interior remodel project also starts in June 2024. The 500 SF project involves upgrading two restrooms with new millwork and sinks, improving the overall facilities at the ranch.
Ascension Forest Creek
Round Rock, TX
Located in Round Rock, TX, this healthcare construction project started in February 2024. It involves demolishing the existing clinic and rebuilding it with 17 new exam rooms, designed by Polkinghorn Group Architects. This project contributes to S. Watts Group’s long partnership with Ascension, a healthcare center and hospital serving Central Texas, with a focus on building patient-centric buildings.
Ascension TAO Simulation Lab
Austin, TX
In Austin, TX, this Ascension project started in May 2024. Covering 21,563 SF, it includes the installation of compressed air systems and the construction of 44 simulation exam rooms, designed by Polkinghorn. This project is part of S. Watts Group’s ongoing work with Ascension, aiming to enhance healthcare facilities throughout Central Texas.
Ascension Cedar Park Orthopedics
Cedar Park, TX
Located in Cedar Park, TX, this healthcare construction project starts in June 2024. Spanning 2,500 SF, it involves replacing light fixtures, adding millwork in three areas, and remodeling two restroom. This project is another collaboration between S. Watts Group and Ascension, furthering the goal of building patient-centric buildings in the community.
1121 Symphony Square
Austin, TX
Located at 1121 Red River Street, this office interior project is located in a brand new Class A office building in downtown Austin. Our team plans to start on the 11,000 SF project in June 2024. The project includes the construction of multiple spec suites and a management office, designed by S. Tipton Studio.
