There is lots happening at S. Watts Group this fall, including several new Central Texas commercial construction projects. Our San Marcos teams are working on several exciting projects including Arc Mercury and Opportunity Plaza. As we continue to build, our communities get the first look at the new commercial construction in Central Texas.
Arc Mercury
Over the next few months, our team will be completing an interior remodel for Arc Mercury in San Marcos, TX. The space includes 16,600 sq. ft. of tenant interior and industrial warehouse space.

Continuum Applied Technology
In North Austin, our team works to build the home of Continuum Applied Technology, a global provider of aviation service software. This tenant interior build-out is approximately 11,458 sq. ft.
Inspired Title
Our team is working to complete a tenant interior build-out for Inspired Title in North Austin, TX. The space is approximately 6,064 sq. ft.
Taylor Morrison
Expected to be complete in October 2022, a new location for Taylor Morrison. The 24,000 sq. ft. interior remodel was designed by S. Tipton Studio.
Austin Title
In Northwest Austin, S. Watts Group is working on a 4,551 sq. ft. tenant interior finish-out for a first-generation space. This office will become the location for Austin Title.
Endeavor Property Management Office
Scheduled to wrap up in November 2022, S. Watts Group is completing an interior build-out for the first-generation space in Northwest Austin. The 1,085 sq. ft. space will be the location of Endeavor Property Management.

Opportunity Plaza
The walls are up at Opportunity Plaza! Check out all these new photos and an exciting drone video showing our team’s progress over the summer. Opportunity Plaza is a master-planned business campus that welcomes new Central Texas commercial construction projects. In addition to erecting building one, S. Watts Group has poured the foundations for two more structures and prepared the entire lot for future construction projects.
Scheduled to happen later this fall, our team will place the roof on the first building at Opportunity Plaza. To see the latest, follow us on Instagram.

Coast Cycle
Open now! Next time you are in Dallas, stop by Coast Cycle! See the 2,700 sq. ft. fitness studio. Our team remodeled the former storefront into this beautiful cycle studio. Coast Cycle Studio offers high-intensity, full-body workouts on an indoor cycling bike. This studio is known for its “Blue Room.” The studio will give members a unique workout experience.
