UPS
Location: Schertz, TX
UPS has recently embarked on an exciting new construction project in Schertz, TX. This impressive 150,000 SF first-generation build-out will serve as a modern and efficient shipping and package sorting facility. What sets this project apart is the specialty assets that are included, such as the sorting machinery and vehicle wash bays, and multiple dock bays for easy loading and unloading. The original plans for the site were actually expanded to include an office area and locker rooms for UPS staff. Overall, UPS is set to be a modern and versatile space that will help to streamline the shipping and package sorting process.
Infinity Ward
Location: Austin, TX
Infinity Ward, the original studio behind the legendary Call of Duty franchise, has recently announced the opening of a new location in Austin, Texas! Set to join a growing list of Infinity Ward studios in Los Angeles, Poland, and Mexico, this new location represents yet another exciting step for the innovative gaming company. As the new construction project in Austin continues to take shape, we can’t wait to share the progress of this unique tenant space.

Our team at S. Watts Group is excited to announce our partnership with Hope Alliance on a new commercial construction project. Hope Alliance provides a resource center and emergency shelters for those affected by family and sexual violence.
