As the communities in Central Texas continue to grow, so are we. S. Watts Group is expanding South of Austin, opening our first satellite office in San Marcos, Texas. This will position us to provide our services from Waco to San Antonio while accommodating the rapid growth along the IH-35 corridor, also known as the Texas Innovation Corridor.
In recent years, numerous industries have expanded and/or moved to this Central Texas hotbed, bringing exponential growth to the surrounding communities as the Austin and San Antonio metros extend toward each other. S. Watts Group recognizes and appreciates the significant growth in these regions. By expanding our overall geographic footprint, we can continue to offer our innovative construction expertise to our clients wherever they decide to build.
With plenty of land to develop and a positive pro-business attitude from the local municipalities, major companies have taken notice of these incentives. Development shows no signs of slowing down. Along with the arrival of major economic players such as Amazon and Urban Mining Company, these areas have quickly become the focus for other industrial-type companies looking to expand or relocate.
“We recognize the pro-growth mentality of these expanding cities located along the Texas Innovation Corridor,” said Jonathan Barton, project manager. “We want to grow with our clients, and support our local communities. Expanding South, this will allow us to focus on both while offering our full range of services throughout most of Central Texas.”
At S. Watts Group, our services go beyond general commercial construction. We provide strategic solutions and results on all projects, regardless of complexity or size. We keep your goals at the front of our minds while working on ground-up developments; industrial real estate, interior remodels, retail and restaurant spaces, and healthcare environments
Expansion into the Greater San Marcos area elevates our team’s ability to meet our clients’ needs and provide these services to growing and new businesses, large and small. We are proud of the projects we’ve completed in Austin thus far and look to the South with optimism to continue our work to develop the communities we work and live in.
Let’s build the Greater Austin-San Antonio corridor better together.
