San Antonio, TX
S. Watts Group is proud to partner with Haven For Hope on a 5,750 SF interior remodel at their facility in San Antonio. The project includes updates to lighting, paint, flooring, restrooms, and a refurbishment of the intake lobby. We’re honored to support this nonprofit organization in creating a more inviting and functional space for the community they serve.
International SOS
San Antonio, TX
S. Watts Group is currently remodeling a 19,000 SF space for International SOS at 645 Richland Hills in San Antonio. This interior remodel involves a complete gut and transformation of the space, working in collaboration with JLL San Antonio and The Jordan Group. The project is set for completion in April 2025, showcasing our expertise in delivering comprehensive interior renovations.
Expanded Collaboration
Horseshoe Bay Resort - Event Pavilion
S. Watts Group is thrilled to collaborate once again with Horseshoe Bay Resort and Prevail Project Management on the new 15,000-square-foot event pavilion. This first-generation build will feature stunning wood and steel accents, two serene lagoons, a covered walkway, and a spacious event lawn designed to elevate the resort’s event offerings.
Our first collaboration, the new state-of-the-art Golf Academy at Horseshoe Bay Resort, is nearing completion. We’re currently finalizing landscaping and putting the finishing touches on the interior.
