Coast Cycle - Dallas
The most recent project completed by our team, Coast Cycle Studio in Dallas, TX, was such a joy to work on. Our team completed a 2,700 sq. ft. interior remodel of the studio space located near Turtle Creek Park. Coast Cycle Studio offers high-intensity, full-body workouts on an indoor cycling bike. This studio is known for its “Blue Room.” The studio gives members a unique workout experience.
National Domestic Violence Hotline
For 25 years, the National Domestic Violence Hotline has supported people affected by relationship abuse. S. Watts Group is proud to support this work by building the new corporate headquarters for the organization in Austin, TX. The space features a high-efficiency VRF HVAC System, a 24-hour call center, executive conference rooms, and large 80-person training rooms.
Goodfolks
Goodfolks restaurant is located in the historic M.B. Lockett Building in Georgetown, TX. Our extensive remodel work included redoing most of the walls and wood framing, in addition to replacing the fire and water-damaged structure of the building. The 130-year-old building quickly became one of the most challenging and rewarding projects S. Watts Group has completed.
Stitch Fix
Stitch Fix is an online personal styling service. One of several offices is located in Austin, TX. This tenant interior remodel turned an 8,200 SF suite into a model collaborative workspace.
While a straightforward tenant build-out, our teams ran into several problems during construction that led to severe delays. Thanks to the commitment of our team to our client and strong collaboration, S. Watts Group was able to fire on all cylinders and complete the project on time.
Vine Vault
For the avid wine collector, look no further than Vine Vault’s unique climate-controlled wine storage “vault” to keep your collection safe. Located in Downtown Austin, this refrigerated wine storage facility has a state-of-the-art HVAC system to precisely control temperature and humidity. Vine Vault also offers individual lockers for do-it-yourself storage.
Ascension Health Centers
One of our most profound partnerships is with Ascension. From Georgetown to Kyle, our teams have built several medical center locations. With over two decades of healthcare construction experience, our team possesses a thorough understanding of the unique needs and applications of the intricate systems that are the lifeline of healthcare facilities.
Ascension Kyle Imaging Center
The Ascension Kyle Imaging Center is one of the most complex healthcare construction projects completed by our team. This state-of-the-art medical facility included the task of incorporating specialty equipment such as a C-Arm system, an EOS Machine, and a GE X-Ray system.
Ascension Georgetown Express Care
From a restaurant to a healthcare clinic, Ascension Georgetown Express Care highlights our team’s ability to repurpose existing buildings, giving them a new purpose in our community. The new floor plan of the medical suite called for an x-ray room, exam rooms, waiting area, and restrooms. This redesign meant reinstalling additional and updated plumbing and electrical infrastructure to meet the technical capacity of the imaging and examination equipment.
McCoy Wellness and Rehabilitation Center
The McCoy Wellness and Rehabilitation Center doubles the capacity of Seton Medical Center Hays’ rehab and therapy departments while offering innovative care close to home. The center includes four classrooms for one-on-one treatments with therapists, a demonstration kitchen, locker rooms with showers, and a comprehensive gym, including, but not limited to: group exercise room, stair climber, recumbent bicycle, and parallel bars.
Ascension Texas Spine & Scoliosis Center
Located in Austin, TX, Ascension Texas Spine & Scoliosis Center is a medical center specializing in treating back and neck pain and scoliosis. This 8,000 SF space houses specialty equipment such as a C-Arm system, an EOS Machine, and a GE X-Ray system. This facility receives some of the most complex back and neck pain cases across the state.
Texas Nurses Association
Our team worked with the Texas Nurses Association to create a working office environment for the organization. This corporate office remodel features multi-functional training and conference rooms, in addition to office space.
Goodwill North Outlet
Completed in 2018, Goodwill North Outlet was a part of an overall 12,000 SF expansion by Goodwill Central Texas. The project featured growth of both Goodwill’s warehouse and outlet storefront, allowing them to raise more revenue to benefit the programs and services provided by Goodwill of Central Texas.
The Goodwill North Outlet Center was awarded the Industrial Transaction Winner at the Austin Business Journal‘s 2019 Commercial Real Estate Awards.
Preserve at 620
At 220,000 square feet, Preserve at 620 is one of the largest projects completed by S. Watts Group, and one of the most unique. It’s the first Wal-Mart-turned-Class-A office building in the state of Texas.Preserve at 620 won the Urban Land Institute Austin’s 2021 Best Project Innovation Award for best project innovation and most influential project. It also won Austin Business Journal’s 2020 Office Project Rehab of the Year Award.
Core Spaces
Sustainable building design has become significantly more important in recent years. People have begun to realize that ‘going green’ is more than just recycling and looking for alternative power resources. Core Spaces utilizes LEED building practices. This open office corporate remodel incorporated biophilic design elements to connect the natural world to the modern built environment of the space.
